About the Role
This is a founding leadership role. You'll join Darna before we open and work closely with the founder to help turn the vision into a fully operating coffee house.

Prepare Darna for opening
Build and develop the opening team
Create our operating systems and standards
Deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience
Shape the culture of the team
Lead the day-to-day coffee house operation
Make sure the mission of Darna comes alive in the everyday experience
You'll help shape many of the systems, standards, traditions, and experiences that will define Darna for years to come.

We're looking for someone who combines strong operations with genuine hospitality.
Someone who:
Has experience leading in coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or a similar environment
Enjoys leading and developing people
Takes ownership and solves problems
Is organized and operationally strong
Loves creating a welcoming experience for guests
Is comfortable building something from the ground up
Connects with the mission of Darna
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful and take real ownership of it.
